Management of Grey Literature in Libraries within Indonesian Agency For Agricultural Research and Development Grey literature is the most current research information source andis the intellectual property of an organization, government agencies and other science and technology assessment agencies, unpublished commercially, and official documents issued in limited copies. The Study aimed to find out the management of grey literature in libraries within the Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research andDevelopment (IAARD), which was conducted in April-May 2012 in a descriptive survey. Respondents were 54 IAARD librarians/library managers. The results showed that most of the librarians/library managers knew kinds of library collection of grey literature. Most Libraries collected grey literature from gifts and of their institutes own publications. Registration, cataloging and classification were done by most libraries. Almost all respondents use the UDC for classification,AGROVOC Thesaurus to determine keywords, and data entry were done electronically. More than half of respondents had digitized grey literature. Most of grey literatures collection were kept separate from other collections. Circulation of the grey literature was the most services provided by the respondents.
